Job Description :
• Profile sourcing (Lateral Hiring and Bulk hiring as per requirement)
• Profile screening & scheduling.
• Initial screening &coordination of interviews with the respective line manager
• Managing end to end of recruitment (administering the aptitude test, structural interviews wherever necessary, screening of candidate through job portals /consultants / other resources, initial HR screening closure post shortlist & providing date for the offer letter generation.
• Establishing effective communication & coordination with the Vertical Heads
• Regular updates of the recruitment dashboard and MIS reports
• Recruitment follow ups, closure and coordination with external sources like recruitment vendors and consultants

Desired Candidate Profile :
1.Preferably having prior experience of recruitment in BFSI sector. 2.Experience in bulk hiring as well hiring from junior to senior level. 3.Good understanding of the broking sector.
4.Smart candidate with good communication skills.
